Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
1. What DeployWarden is
DeployWarden (“the Service”) performs security scans of web applications you own or are authorized to test. The free scan is passive and read-only. The paid Deep Check performs active security tests and is only available after you verify ownership of the target and provide explicit consent.
2. Authorization and consent
You represent and warrant that you are the owner of, or an authorized agent for, any application you submit for the Deep Check. Before any active test runs, you must (a) prove control of the target domain via a DNS TXT record or a token file at /.well-known/deploywarden.txt, and (b) affirmatively consent to active testing. You must not submit any application you are not authorized to test. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is prohibited and may be illegal.
3. Scope of testing
Active tests are limited to the verified hostname and the resources you identify (such as specific Supabase tables and test accounts). We do not scan unrelated hosts. Active writes are limited to clearly-labeled test rows and are cleaned up on a best-effort basis.
4. No warranty; not a guarantee of security
The Service identifies specific classes of issues using automated tests. It does not find every vulnerability and a clean report is not a guarantee that your application is secure. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeployWarden is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable Deep Check.
6. Payments and refunds
The Deep Check is a one-time charge processed by Stripe. If a check fails to run due to a problem on our side, contact us for a refund. Refund requests are reviewed individually.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system; to submit applications you don’t control; or to violate any law. We may suspend access and pause active scanning at any time to protect users and third parties.
